Why me

I built this from zero, in your shoes.

I came to Asunción as an outsider with no Spanish and no contacts, after years as COO of a top-producing real estate team in New York. I learned this market the hard way, by doing it, and built the data and relationships that most foreign buyers never get access to.

My background is the operations side of real estate at the highest level: running deals, managing risk, and answering to clients who expect every detail handled. I brought that same standard here, and built it into a process designed for buyers who treat a purchase abroad as seriously as I do.
